Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. was started in 1983 by Richard Wewerka. After 30 years of operating the business, his retirement in 2014 brought forth new leadership to the company and his son Eric Wewerka has now taken the position as President and owner of Wewerka.
Eric Wewerka, PresidentEric Wewerka, owner of Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. Since 1989. Eric has served in every capacity of Wewerka and has learned the business from the ground up. Crewmember, foreman, production manager-overseeing all foreman and crews through our production processes, design and sales- working with customers to provide outdoor living spaces and maintenance solutions for their properties and managing the business as a whole. Understanding each of these positions, Eric has acquired skills and knowledge in many areas of landscape contracting such as business operations, landscape architecture, property management, contract negations, marketing and ownership just to name a few.
Lynda Ohgren, Office ManagerLynda joined Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. in 2014. With 15 years of experience in office management, she has assisted Wewerka greatly with her efficient work ethic. Lynda is responsible for overseeing all office operations, including daily accounting duties and assisting sales in maintaining project schedules.
Marcos Medrano, Design/Build SupervisorMarcos Medrano joined Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. in 1989. Marcos is highly skilled in masonry, construction, planting and maintenance and has continually proven to be an effective and efficient manager on the job site. Marcos is known for his quality workmanship and professional attitude. Marcos oversees the Design/Build division for Wewerka.
Elmer Velasco, Maintenance SupervisorElmer Velasco began working for Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. in 1996. Elmer is known for both his professional, positive attitude and great work ethic. Elmer is knowledgeable in all types of landscaping but has shown special ability in lawn care and landscape maintenance. Elmer oversees the maintenance division for Wewerka.
Christine Gontarz – Maintenance Division ManagerChris joined Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. in May 2018. She is responsible for administratively overseeing the maintenance division. She has extensive knowledge of hardware and software platforms. She is currently upgrading our operating systems to become more efficient in our maintenance division.
Dan Noel, Manager of Maintenance DivisionDan joined Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. in September 2018. After graduating from Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences, he worked for one of the top 3 tree service companies in the nation. His experience and knowledge have made him a great addition to Wewerka, not only as a manager of our maintenance division, but also as our in-house arborist.
Lori Gable – Accounting/Human Resource ManagerLori joined Wewerka Construction Management in September 2017. She has over 20 years of experience in the public accounting sector with a concentration in the construction industry. She is responsible for managing accounting and HR records for our company.
In her spare time, Lori loves cooking, crafting, gardening, and spending time with her kids.
