Lawn Care Services
Mowing |
We mow on a 7-10 basis (weather permitting). Grass is cut at an average height of 3 ½ to 4 inches. This allows the grass to hold the minerals and nutrients it needs, especially during the summer heat. All of our mowing includes trimming around objects and areas that is part of the yard, edging of sidewalks and driveways, as well as blowing of lawn clippings. Blades are sharpened periodically so it cuts cleanly without tearing or shredding the ends of the grass blades. Improper upkeep of blades will turn grass brown at the edges, which slows growth and increase the chance of a disease. |
Weeding |
We provide a weed control in plant beds, sidewalk, driveway, etc. with a granular post emergent and sprays such as round up. |
Seeding & Aeration |

Maintain a healthy lawn by seeding and aerating. In the middle of September we begin our over seeding and aeration program. Aerating allows the soil to be broken up to receive the water and nutrients it needs. We then over seed with turf type tall fescue and/or blue grass which then reaches the new soil and moisture, which then germinates and produces new growth.

We mulch residential as well as commercial properties. Upon mulching we prepare beds by edging, weeding and applying a pre-emergent herbicide to help prevent future growth. Our shredded pine bark mulch is an all pine bark product. It is 100% natural with no additives which could be harmful to the environment or to humans. It darkens in color by the natural aging process of composting. Other assorted types of mulch as well as woodchips for playgrounds are available upon request. |
Pruning of Trees and Shrubs |
Trees and shrubs are pruned seasonally or upon customers’ request. We prune trees up to 20 feet in height. Pruning includes trimming, shaping, thinning, removing suckers and irregular growth, as well as staking, guying, and cabling any storm damaged trees or shrubs. We remove and recycle all debris from site. |

Our leaf removal service is based on an hourly basis. We used high powered blowers to effectively and efficiently complete the job in a timely manner. Our rates range from $43.00 - $54.00 per half hour (rates are based on crew size). Leaves to be hauled off site to be recycled unless specified otherwise. |
Tree & Plant Replacement |
We provide tree and plant replacement upon customer request. Majority of our replacements vary from thunderstorms, high winds, and snowstorms to insect infestation. We provide you with our professional advice on replacement ideas to fit your needs and budget. |

Landscaping and Hardscaping |
Start the spring season off right. We will make your yard flourish along with the newly blossomed spring annuals. We provide a spring maintenance that includes plant bed edging, fertilization and pre-emergent herbicide, pruning, aeration of mulch, weeding and installation of mulch. All debris is hauled away to be recycled. At an additional cost we can include your favorite perennial or annual flowers.
