Richard Wewerka, Owner and President
Richard Wewerka started Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. in 1983 after working in various capacities of the landscape industry for ten years. In 1987, he moved the company to its present location in Manassas Park, VA. Richard is involved in and responsible for all aspects of the company's work including design, sales, and production.
Eric Wewerka, Vice President and Sales Manager
Eric Wewerka joined Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. in 1989. Before moving to his present position as vice president and sales manager, Eric served as a crewmember, foreman and production manager. Through each of these positions, Eric has acquired experience in many areas of landscape contracting. As sales manager, Eric is responsible for working with our customers to develop a design and budget suitable to their needs and specifications.
Allen Towers, Production Manager
In 1990, Allen Towers began working for Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. As both a former crewmember and foreman, Allen has become skilled in many areas of the landscape field but particularly in carpentry. As production manager, Allen is responsible for seeing that our landscape foremen and their crews are scheduled, equipped and supplied for each of our landscape projects.
Karen Wilson, Bookkeeper
Karen graduated from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington in 1998, holding a degree in accountancy. In 2001, she joined the family business and has been responsible for the bookkeeping and HR duties within the company.
Marcos Medrano, Foreman
Marcos Medrano joined Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. in 1989. Marcos is highly skilled in masonry, construction and especially planting and has continually proven to be an effective and efficient manager on the job site. Marcos is known for his quality workmanship and professional attitude.
Juan Hernandez, Foreman
Juan Hernandez has been working for Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. since 1996. Juan's expertise is most evident in his masonry work but he is also highly skilled in planting. Juan has a great eye for detail and takes much pride in his work.
Elmer Velasco, Foreman
Elmer Velasco began working for Wewerka Construction Management, Inc. in 1996. Elmer is known for both his professional, positive attitude and great work ethic. Elmer is knowledgeable in all types of landscaping but has shown special ability in masonry and planting.
